There are some interesting statistics when it comes to office holiday parties according to Study Finds. 1 in 3 people reported doing something they regret at their office parties and 35% say they arrive late to work the day after their soiree.
Blogs reporting on work/life balance suggest planning other team building activities instead of party that might get some folks in trouble. Examples include volunteering for a local charity, play games or holding an event at a different time of the year since the holidays can feel hectic for some.
