The creative staffing agency CLUTCH moved into 417 N 8th Street leasing 3,300 SF in the former cardboard box factory.

As a staffing agency that specializes in creative workforce development, it made perfect sense for them to locate in the heart of the Spring Arts creative district near breweries, concert venues and of course the ever growing number of creative agencies relocating into the area.

Clutch also chose this location because it’s in the City but has direct access from all major highways and public transit for ease in commuting and connecting with clients in person.
