New GoPuff Locale in the works?

Well, here we are just a few years after GoPuff acquired and renovated the old Finnegan’s Wake at 4th and Spring Garden and already they seem to be multiplying throughout the neighborhood. A few blocks away on the ever interesting Callowhill Street, a new notice for Alcoholic Beverages is posted up on the old Philadelphia Ball and Roller Bearing Co. with an applicant that traces back to GoPuff. Their other warehouse space on 12th seems ot have closed up, is it possible that this is the new space?
